Shipping policy

Orders are processed in the order received and are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Complimentary standard shipping is offered within the contiguous United States.

Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier, delivery times are subject to carrier operations and destination. Lozuret is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Lozuret is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
