Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the contact information provided on our website and include clear photographs of both the product and its packaging for review.

Once approved, Costa Aurea reserves the right to provide either a replacement product, an exchange, or a refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Claims submitted outside of the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.

Costa Aurea reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.
